Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Luxury Villa Weddings, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure clarity and fairness for all parties, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to our services:

Cancellation Policy

  1. Notice of Cancellation

    • Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or official correspondence.
    • The cancellation date will be determined based on when the written notice is received by our team.
  2. Cancellation Fees

    • More than 90 days before the event date: 25% of the total booking amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
    • 60-89 days before the event date: 50% of the total booking amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
    • 30-59 days before the event date: 75% of the total booking amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
    • Less than 30 days before the event date: No refunds will be provided.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility

    • Refunds will only be processed for cancellations made within the timeframes outlined above.
    • No refunds will be provided for non-refundable deposits, as indicated during the booking process.
  2. Processing Refunds

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking.
  3. Non-Refundable Costs

    • Any costs incurred by Luxury Villa Weddings for third-party vendors, custom orders, or other non-refundable expenses will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Postponement Policy

  • If you wish to postpone your wedding, a rescheduling fee may apply. We will make every effort to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.
  • Any payments made will be credited towards the rescheduled event, less any non-recoverable costs.

Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), Luxury Villa Weddings reserves the right to reschedule or adjust the event in consultation with the client. Refunds in such cases will be subject to review and may depend on third-party vendor policies.
